Collaborate with product, modeling, SRE, and ad operations while improving operational resilience and ownership across critical subsystems.

Own a merchant-acquisition initiative for a home services platform, including market and territory research, self-sourced outreach, pipeline development, negotiation, onboarding, conversion analysis, business case creation, and weekly reporting.
