The role involves evaluating software quality through testing, documenting defects, collaborating on solutions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Create, review, revise, and maintain technical documentation (installation, configuration, how-to, code docs, implementation and end-user guides). Gather technical information, format publications, maintain documentation library, coordinate layout, and produce reports and training materials working closely with developers across all documentation phases.
