The Paralegal supports SFM's Legal and Compliance team by assisting in negotiations, managing contracts, coordinating KYC/AML processes, and providing legal support to attorneys.

Perform accounts payable and treasury tasks (invoice review, credit card reconciliation, bank reconciliations, vendor maintenance in Workday). Prepare and analyze financial reports, support month-end and year-end close, assist on ad hoc projects, and prepare annual 1099s.

Lead a multi-year trade lifecycle transformation program across front-to-back processes and systems. Drive program planning, governance, vendor oversight, process redesign, system integrations, data migrations, change management, and stakeholder engagement to improve automation, controls, and data quality across trading, treasury, operations, finance, and compliance.

The role involves providing executive support, coordinating legal department operations, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
