Support the monthly client billing cycle: prepare and distribute prebills and draft invoices, process partner/associate revisions, post finalized bills, manage e-bills and billing files, monitor WIP and matter fee arrangements, liaise with attorneys and billing partners, and assist with billing reports and compliance with client guidelines.

Support and coordinate 24-month integration plans for lateral partners globally, maintain trackers and dashboards, facilitate internal introductions and client meetings, prepare integration reports, liaise with HR/Recruitment/Comms/Finance, capture feedback, and escalate integration risks to senior stakeholders to drive early commercial traction and consistent execution.
