As a Regional Sales Manager, you will generate revenue by connecting with independent agencies, assessing growth opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Travel within the designated territory is required, and maintaining clear communication and documentation is crucial for success.

Generate revenue by building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agencies, identify decision-makers, assess growth opportunities, position products to agency needs, set measurable commitments, document visits, and perform 16–20 in-person sales calls weekly while managing travel and scheduling within the Dallas territory.

Support legal and claims teams in insurance-related matters by preparing pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, managing case and claim files, coordinating litigation and settlements, assisting with depositions/hearings/trials, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage and grow relationships with independent auto insurance agencies in the Dallas–Fort Worth territory. Conduct 16–20 in-person sales calls weekly, assess agency needs, present tailored solutions, set measurable commitments, document visits, maintain shared calendars, and meet revenue targets. Requires territory travel and use of CRM tools.
