Manage end-to-end U.S. benefits administration including enrollment, billing, reconciliations, vendor management, leave programs, compliance (ACA, COBRA, ERISA), employee communications, and partnering with HR, Payroll and Finance to maintain accurate records and improve processes.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund financial statements; maintain GLs and reconciliations; calculate management fees, carried interest, allocations, and waterfalls; support NAV, capital calls, distributions and audit/tax deliverables; interpret fund governing documents; liaise with auditors/tax providers; identify process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
