Researches federal, state, local, international, and foreign reporting matters; identifies tax risks and planning opportunities; responds to notices; maintains workpapers; manages deadlines; and supports client communications, advisory projects, process improvements, and junior staff guidance.

Administer investor services for private fund clients, including onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, capital activity, investor portals, communications, reporting, treasury support, and record maintenance. The role provides client support, coordinates with internal teams, resolves queries, and contributes to process improvements while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

Maintain accounting records for private funds, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, capital calls, distributions, partner allocations, investor reporting, and US GAAP financial statements. Build relationships with clients, investors, auditors, and advisers; support audits, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and process improvements while meeting deadlines and maintaining reporting accuracy.
