Deploys and integrates AI reliability, evaluation, guardrail, and observability products into enterprise production environments. Partners with customer engineering, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, and operations teams to troubleshoot deployments, design integrations, navigate governance requirements, and operationalize AI across cloud, hybrid, and legacy systems. Translates customer challenges into product feedback and contributes to deployment methodologies, release pipelines, and implementation best practices.

Lead architecture and production deployment of AI platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. Own end-to-end enterprise deployments of Dynamo AI products across customer-controlled Kubernetes environments. Configure and troubleshoot workloads, networking, storage, identity, observability, scaling, and infrastructure automation. Lead technical discovery, architecture, production readiness, rollout, incident resolution, documentation, and operational handoff while coordinating customer and internal engineering teams.

Supports financial services customers in deploying AI risk evaluations and guardrails. Translates laws, regulations, and industry guidance into practical controls; designs, documents, tests, and validates guardrails; partners with product and technology teams on user experience; tracks roadmap objectives and performance; and organizes industry roundtables and customer workshops.

Lead strategic enterprise deployments of Dynamo AI, partnering with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. Identify AI use cases, translate business requirements into implementation strategies, and design workflows for governance, evaluation, observability, security, and guardrails. Build executive and technical relationships, unblock cross-functional execution, support presales and expansion opportunities, and drive measurable production adoption of AI systems.

Deploy and operationalize Dynamo's AI assurance platform for public sector customers. Responsibilities include writing code, building integrations, creating prototypes and demos, supporting cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments, troubleshooting complex implementations, and translating customer mission needs into solution architectures. The role requires close collaboration with customer engineering, security, product, and government stakeholders, with regular on-site engagement and up to 50% travel.

Design and validate threat models for agentic AI systems, create adversarial experiments and synthetic environments, develop static and dynamic risk analysis, fine-tune and evaluate models, and build production-ready guardrails, monitoring, dashboards, and evaluation infrastructure. Optimize security systems for latency, cost, reliability, and measurable real-world performance while translating research into product capabilities.
