Processes employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS, maintains accurate employee records, resolves HR operations inquiries, performs data audits, and supports onboarding and offboarding. The role contributes to HR technology projects, process improvements, system testing, documentation, training materials, employee handbook updates, and HR compliance communications.

Lead the Classroom product portfolio roadmap, manage product managers, evaluate market and customer needs, analyze competition, define requirements, guide product delivery, support pricing and forecasting, and develop go-to-market strategies. Partner with sales, project management, data operations, and engineering teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
