Oversees service providers, evaluates equipment failures, supports clinical trials, maintains staff competencies, and serves as the primary engineering liaison to hospital leadership and users.

Lead and execute change realization strategies for large-scale organizational transformations: assess impacts, design interventions, coach leaders, measure adoption with KPIs, and align sponsorship to achieve business objectives.

Manages a portfolio of prospects and donors through identification, cultivation, solicitation, gift closure, and stewardship. Collaborates with architecture, security, infrastructure, and development teams to scale reliable enterprise software delivery.
