Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to solve problems, validate designs through research and usability testing, and communicate design rationale. Apply visual design, accessibility, inclusive design, design-system, and AI-assisted workflow practices while delivering implementation-ready work for moderately complex initiatives.

Leads end-to-end design, development, testing, certification, and lifecycle management of residential HVAC air handlers and indoor coils. Owns mechanical and system-level design decisions, performance validation, regulatory compliance, product launches, value engineering, and sustaining engineering. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, suppliers, and program management while guiding junior engineers and approving technical documentation, CAD models, drawings, and engineering changes.

Manage and grow HVAC distributor accounts while achieving revenue targets. Promote products through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits; expand account share, introduce new products, prospect distributors, monitor competition, maintain CRM records, ensure pricing accuracy, and collaborate with territory managers. Participate in trade shows and industry events, provide sales forecasts and performance updates, and use data-driven insights to strengthen distributor relationships and generate business.

Develop and validate next-generation commercial HVACR technologies, including components and systems such as compressors, heat exchangers, fans, and enclosures. Responsibilities include mechanical design, prototyping, simulations, materials and process evaluation, lab testing, performance analysis, design-for-manufacturability reviews, FMEA, technical documentation, and collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and research institutions.

Provides technical and sales leadership for refrigeration products across Central and North Florida. Mentors sales engineers, develops prospects, manages customer relationships, performs box load calculations, selects refrigeration equipment, negotiates pricing and service terms, and supports post-sale satisfaction. The role also develops account and territory plans, manages key accounts, and may lead dedicated account teams.

Drive commercial sales growth across an assigned territory by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, recommending HVAC solutions, negotiating terms, executing territory plans, supporting key accounts, and mentoring sales representatives.
