Lead and supervise the TPG Securities operations team for US hours, managing end-to-end trade lifecycle for equities and fixed income. Ensure timely trade confirmations and settlements, coordinate with brokers/custodians/trading and portfolio managers, maintain risk controls, SLAs/KPIs, and drive efficiency and regulatory projects. Provide people management including appraisals and coaching for a team of ~8-10, and act as functional owner for the product across stakeholders.

Lead architecture and delivery of core data services, define technical strategy and standards, design infrastructure with IaC (Terraform), mentor engineers, and collaborate with security, compliance, and platform stakeholders to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure data platforms.

Serve as subject-matter expert for regulatory transaction reporting (MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR). Coordinate inquiries, maintain monitoring and data quality, analyze and implement regulatory requirements, manage projects, and improve process controls and documentation while supporting senior management ad hoc requests.

Lead regulatory transaction reporting (EMIR Art.9, MiFIR Art.26, SFTR Art.4) as a central subject-matter expert. Define requirements, coordinate implementation with IT and stakeholders, manage regulatory change programs, ensure compliant reporting, drive process improvements, and support audits and industry representation.

Develop, analyze, and produce complex client and regulatory reports. Maintain VBA solutions and migrate functionality to Python, design automation for report and PowerPoint generation, handle client inquiries, collaborate with front office, and improve processes and SLAs.

Process daily trades and settlements for domestic and offshore funds; handle subscriptions/redemptions; submit regulatory and client reports; reconcile assets with custodians; monitor NAV calculations; support third-party risk management and respond to external and group audits.

Serve as subject-matter expert for regulatory transaction reporting (MiFIR Art.26, EMIR Art.9, SFTR Art.4). Act as central contact for reporting inquiries, maintain monitoring frameworks, ensure data quality in pairing/matching, implement regulatory changes, coordinate with Compliance/Trading/Audit, manage projects independently, and drive process and control improvements while supporting senior management requests.

Individual-contributor operations expert responsible for daily production BAU reporting, attribution and performance analysis, process stabilization, control adherence, stakeholder engagement, and people/talent support. Drive reporting platform uptime, data validation, automation opportunities, and resolution of client/internal queries within SLAs.
