Embed with enterprise customers to scope, build, and deploy automations on the Kognitos platform. Translate undocumented processes into production-grade automations, build integrations with ERPs/APIs/databases, debug production issues, own technical relationships, and feed field learnings into product and engineering. Travel to customer sites as needed.

The role involves owning the full enterprise sales cycle, building relationships with financial sector executives, and identifying automation opportunities while partnering with product teams.

The Sales Engineer partners with sales to design technical solutions, deliver demonstrations, translate technical concepts, and collaborate with various teams to drive sales and client success.

Drive net-new enterprise sales across the U.S.; build pipeline via outbound prospecting and industry networks; lead consultative engagements with C-suite and operations; manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles (technical validation, POCs, procurement); deliver tailored demos and business cases; own quota, forecasting, and CRM hygiene; partner with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success.
