Handle inbound customer calls, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and forward messages while working remotely. Maintain upbeat, bilingual (English/Spanish) communication, complete training, meet system requirements on a personal device, and work a regular 40-hour schedule including set hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) phone reception and client intake for legal clients: answer and transfer calls, take messages, record client information, support attorneys, provide feedback on legal scripting, and create/share internal legal resources. Must work scheduled shifts (40 hours/week within specified Pacific Time window) and support excellent customer service in sensitive legal contexts.
