Qualify candidates, move conversations to video/phone/in-person meetings, represent Hult at events and fairs (including weekends), guide applicants through enrollment and financing, build ongoing relationships, and optimize outreach to generate referrals and meet sales targets.

Lead and rebuild Masters and MBA enrollment pipeline for the U.S. and Canada. Manage and coach a Boston-based team, set KPIs, own GTM channels (phone, digital, events, alumni), manage scholarship strategy, run candidate closing calls, and optimize outreach via LinkedIn and AI tools to drive enrollment growth and referrals.
