Supports executive search and leadership advisory engagements through executive, company, and industry research; analytical synthesis; client and business development support; presentations; reports; and thought leadership materials. Interns complete individual and team projects, collaborate with firm leaders, develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills, and present project outcomes. The program includes mentorship, training, and exposure to executive recruitment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance.

Lead global corporate governance and compliance for the firm, advise CLO on governance and fiduciary matters, support Board and committee cycles, manage entity maintenance and cross-border corporate matters, oversee paralegal and compliance specialist, supervise outside counsel, and spend ~60% on governance with remaining time supporting share programs, transactional and corporate initiatives.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end consultant recruitment processes across North America, including interview scheduling, candidate records, due diligence, stakeholder communications, document preparation, and relationship management to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Support senior-led executive searches for Financial Services (GBM or CFS) by managing projects, conducting market research and sourcing, validating and assessing senior candidates, preparing client materials and progress reports, and building candidate pool knowledge while collaborating with consultants and firm stakeholders.
