The HR Project Manager will lead HR initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and collaborate with HR teams to optimize organizational effectiveness and improve HR service delivery.

Lead business development strategy for the Financial Institutions Group, manage key client relationships, and deliver strategic initiatives to support growth.

Lead and transform the US pitch and pursuit process by embedding AI enablement across stages. Manage a searchable global pitch content library, maintain structured experience and CRM data, create reusable pursuit assets and prompt frameworks, and develop training and adoption materials. Partner with BD, lawyers, and global teams to improve workflow, support high-priority pitches, and oversee directory and awards submissions to increase speed, quality, and consistency of wins.

Produce brand-led creative for global marketing: adapt concepts for US needs, design digital-first assets (web, social, email, motion), create presentations, infographics and prototypes, manage projects across time zones, and collaborate with multi-region teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and production-ready work.

Lead and coordinate US brand and marketing projects, translating global campaigns into regional activations. Manage creative production across digital, print and motion, oversee brand governance and approvals, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Drive process improvements, resource and budget oversight, and ensure deliverables meet global brand standards and client-service expectations.
