Partners with Account Executives as the clinical and workflow subject matter expert throughout enterprise sales cycles. Leads product demonstrations, workflow assessments, executive presentations, and clinical discussions for hospital stakeholders. Maps OR and procedural workflows, answers nursing and perioperative questions, translates customer needs into product value, and shares feedback with product and implementation teams. Develops reusable demo scripts, clinical talk tracks, and objection-handling materials. Travel to customer sites is required approximately 25–50% of the time.

Manage complex software implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, managing budgets, and collaborating with teams to exceed customer expectations. Provide updates to stakeholders and continuously improve processes.
