The Senior Reliability/Test Engineer develops test plans, executes tests, and collaborates with design engineers to ensure product reliability and fault tolerance using various test technologies and automation tools.

Design and develop digital hardware systems for avionics and radio test equipment, including high-speed buses and embedded processors.

Architect and deploy factory-level automated test equipment for avionics and land mobile radio products. Develop instrument drivers, test sequences, RF measurement algorithms, fixtures, and statistical quality analyses using Python, C++, C#, and NI TestStand. Partner with R&D and manufacturing teams on design-for-test, NPI planning, process optimization, system validation, documentation, and lifecycle maintenance. The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer develops and optimizes manufacturing processes for thin-film pigments, focusing on quality, data analysis, and continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally with teams.

Lead design and implementation of automated production test systems (hardware and software), define test strategies and DFT, ensure test readiness for NPI, apply measurement uncertainty and statistical process control, optimize test coverage and cycle time, install/validate systems at internal and contract manufacturing sites, and produce technical documentation.

Provide part-time administrative and operational support to the engineering site: manage files and supplies, process purchase orders, handle mail and reception, coordinate events and meetings, act as primary contact for inquiries, and collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth site operations.

The Sales Engineer will manage sales opportunities, perform technical demos, create proposals, and foster customer relationships in the inertial sensors market.

Drive business development and sales of PNT solutions to government, aerospace, and industrial OEMs. Qualify prospects, manage pipelines and CRM, propose technical RF/MW and inertial-navigation solutions, lead long design-in programs, mentor team members, and achieve annual quota with ~50% travel.

Develop and scale roll-to-roll coating processes for advanced thin-film optical materials. Design and execute DOE, perform thin-film metrology (thickness, refractive index, transmission, surface morphology), analyze defects and root causes, run pilot-line trials, translate lab results to manufacturable processes, and document protocols while collaborating with equipment, quality, and manufacturing teams.
