Leads FP&A for Altra’s Americas business, including five-year planning, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI and margin analysis, budget control, revenue reporting, variance commentary, and go-to-market financial support. Partners with commercial and brand finance leaders to identify growth opportunities, manage costs, support strategic investments, and develop business cases. Manages and mentors finance professionals while presenting insights to senior leadership.

Manages wholesale sales across Southern California by achieving revenue targets, maintaining and expanding specialty retail account relationships, securing orders, executing distribution and activation strategies, and growing business within the run and outdoor specialty channels. The role uses market and POS data, collaborates with field service teams, develops account education and seasonal plans, and requires 60% travel with reliable transportation.

Leads Altra’s end-to-end GTM pricing, costing, margin management, and product profitability processes. Develops pricing frameworks, profitability models, financial governance, and KPI reporting across the product lifecycle. Partners with merchandising, product development, sourcing, supply chain, commercial, regional finance, and leadership teams to identify margin risks, optimize costs, support assortment decisions, and drive profitable growth. Serves as the subject matter expert for IMU management, pricing strategy, costing, and margin governance.

Develops brand and product copy for integrated campaigns, product launches, social media, eCommerce, email, video, print, and events. Shapes brand voice and messaging, collaborates with creative and marketing teams, leads copy workstreams, supports social production, presents creative decisions, manages deadlines, and maintains high quality across channels.

Manages product creation operations for Altra by structuring internal processes, seasonal development calendars, milestones, workflows, and cross-functional alignment. The role drives operational excellence, issue resolution, standardized tools, event planning, tech pack coordination, and gross margin analysis while ensuring on-time deliverables and brand goals. It requires strong project management, strategic planning, business acumen, event management, vendor management, and leadership in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Responsible for product integrity in design and manufacturing, prepares fit specifications, and collaborates with designers and factories to meet product briefs.

As a Footwear Designer, you will create innovative running footwear, manage projects from concept to commercialization, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure design fidelity.
