Develops legislative and public policy strategies, analyzes bills and regulatory issues, advises executives, manages coalitions and lobbyists, negotiates vendor agreements, maintains relationships with government and business stakeholders, and represents the company in hearings and public forums.

Responds to customer and contractor inquiries, promotes natural gas conversions and rebate programs, assists with applications and installation requirements, and advocates for customers throughout new business projects. Coordinates with internal teams and contractors, tracks project progress, reviews documentation, maintains records in OpenGrid360 and Salesforce, generates reports, resolves concerns, and recommends gas service solutions while following company policies, tariffs, regulations, and procedures.

Handles inbound and outbound sales inquiries for natural gas conversions, products, services, equipment, and rebate programs. Guides customers through applications, installation requirements, costs, and contractor responsibilities. Tracks projects, coordinates with internal teams and contractors, resolves concerns, reviews documentation, maintains customer records, and uses utility and CRM systems to support estimates, installations, reporting, and account management.

The PSMS Lead will develop, implement, and improve the Pipeline Safety Management System, ensuring compliance and enhancing safety culture across the company.

Administer, configure, support, and improve enterprise business applications.
