Provide visionary technical leadership for RF/microwave component and system R&D. Define multi-year technology roadmaps, lead complex design and analysis (HFSS, Genesys, ADS), mentor engineering teams, engage external partners, drive proposals and advanced R&D programs, and translate emerging technologies (including ML) into manufacturable solutions while ensuring compliance with program, schedule, cost, and export requirements.

Resolves issues, supports customer meetings, develops pricing and delivery strategies, tracks sales forecasts, assists with collections, and works to grow profitable revenue and market share. The role requires communication with internal production teams and external customers while managing customer products through the plant.

Provides Level I–III technical support for company end users, resolving desktop, application, hardware, network, printer, internet, and access issues. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, training users, maintaining hardware and software inventories, configuring equipment, coordinating vendor repairs, documenting solutions, escalating complex issues, supporting after-hours and on-call needs, and mentoring junior technicians. The role also assists with network cabling and equipment installation and leads medium-sized technical projects.

Lead product assurance and quality activities for hardware and PCB programs: inspections, testing witness, audits, supplier/vendor surveys, develop/implement quality procedures, manage corrective actions, SPC, budgets, and cross-functional team liaison. Mentor staff and support proposals and program quality requirements. Occasional overnight travel required.

Supports QA activities across PCB manufacturing: review specifications, implement inspection plans, lead failure analysis and corrective actions, support process qualifications, perform audits, train staff on IPC standards, and develop quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and supplier quality.

Implement, install, and maintain mechanical PCB manufacturing processes (drill, lamination, plating). Develop project plans, establish operating conditions, write procedures, monitor processes, and perform FMEA/root cause analyses to resolve production issues and ensure consistent operation.

Lead global internal audit, risk management, and compliance functions for a large public aerospace and advanced technology manufacturer. Develop risk-based audit plans, provide enterprise-wide assurance over governance, controls, SOX and regulatory compliance, oversee cybersecurity and ERP/digital system audits, drive data-driven continuous auditing and remediation, advise Audit Committee and executives, and build a high-performing global audit organization supporting international growth and operational resilience.

Design, implement, and maintain embedded software for radar and surveillance systems using modern C++, embedded Linux (PetaLinux), and RTOS. Produce requirements, architectures, and interfaces; develop verification plans and test environments; perform hardware/software integration, debugging, validation, and documentation to meet safety, industry, and export-control standards.
