Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and leadership to translate business questions into analytical solutions. Write and optimize T-SQL against SQL Server, validate ETL and data models, and develop Power BI reports. Investigate data anomalies, document data definitions and governance, and mentor junior analysts to ensure reliable reporting and insights.

Lead infrastructure strategy, cloud modernization, and enterprise operations to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure systems. Manage servers, virtualization, storage, networking, backup and disaster recovery; drive cloud migrations, governance, and cost optimization; strengthen infrastructure security and incident response; build and mentor engineering teams; manage vendors and budgets; and align infrastructure investments with business priorities and measurable performance metrics.

Sell and retain national LTL accounts by prospecting, pricing, and building relationships across account hierarchies. Collaborate with operations, resolve customer issues, complete sales reporting, assist with collections, and support team goals. Heavy customer-facing travel and territory management with emphasis on sales, negotiation, and confidentiality.

Drive design and delivery of mobile, web, and internal app features from discovery through release. Translate user and operations needs into requirements, execute functional tests, support releases, provide training and demos, and improve QA processes and tooling to increase operational efficiency.

Sell LTL services to multi-location corporate accounts, generate new business, retain and grow existing accounts, develop pricing, collaborate with operations, handle customer inquiries, assist collections, complete sales reporting, and travel extensively for client visits and prospecting.

Support terminal operations by tracking outbound loads, updating systems, communicating delays, managing driver documentation and manifests, scheduling deliveries, resolving shipment exceptions, and maintaining operational records to ensure timely, accurate freight movement and continuous improvement.
