Lead cohort-based coaching and leadership development for corps members across the Mid-Atlantic Hub. Design and deliver learning experiences, build school partnerships, conduct observations (CLASS), analyze data to inform strategy, support placement and programmatic initiatives, and provide flexible cross-regional capacity to drive member growth, retention, and student impact.

The role coordinates cross-functional execution across regional teams and requires strong project management, organization, adaptability, and communication skills.

Lead statewide fundraising strategy and execute donor cultivation, stewardship, solicitation, and portfolio management to raise $2–7M+ annually. Partner with Executive Director and advisory members, maintain Salesforce records, and travel locally with occasional evenings/weekends.

Lead targeted campus and community recruitment strategies across Arizona or Utah: source and cultivate prospective corps members, run events and partnerships, guide candidates through admissions, hire/manage part-time student staff, use data to refine campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and travel regionally with occasional evenings/weekends.

Lead fundraising strategy and execution for Emerging Markets, manage and coach development staff, cultivate and solicit major donors and partners, and drive multi-year revenue growth across public and private funding streams while overseeing portfolio analysis and CRM stewardship.

Lead local fundraising strategy and execute donor portfolio management to generate $3M+ annually toward team goals. Cultivate, steward, and solicit high-capacity donors (5- and 6-figure gifts), partner with Executive Directors and advisory boards, track activity in CRM, and adjust strategy to maximize revenue for the organization.
