Supports procurement, sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract administration, purchase orders, bid events, market intelligence, supplier research, cost-saving analysis, and reporting. Collaborates with suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to support timely, cost-effective project delivery. The intern may participate in project site visits and special initiatives while gaining practical supply chain experience.

Supports the design, development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Supports public awareness campaigns, stakeholder engagement, community outreach, liaison meetings, events, communications materials, regulatory research, stakeholder records, and administrative coordination across U.S. energy infrastructure initiatives.

Supports warehouse operations involving shipping, receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and material issuance. Uses SAP to maintain accurate inventory transactions, performs cycle counts, prepares shipments, operates forklifts and cranes, and handles heavy and hazardous materials. Coordinates with logistics providers and business teams, resolves documentation and shipment discrepancies, maintains warehouse safety and organization, supports field-site inventory activities, and participates in after-hours on-call material requests.

Supports the respectful workplace program by investigating and resolving harassment, discrimination, violence, and other misconduct matters. Conducts formal investigations, provides conflict resolution, manages non-medical accommodations, assesses conflicts of interest, supports regulatory and litigation inquiries, delivers training, monitors legislation, and analyzes case trends to identify systemic risks and prevention opportunities.

Coordinates project execution for energy infrastructure projects, supporting project managers with scope, schedules, costs, risks, reporting, documentation, bids, contractors, quality actions, and assurance reviews. The role analyzes cost and schedule variances, maintains project plans and risk registers, coordinates stakeholders and suppliers, supports regulatory reporting, and contributes to project management process improvements. It requires strong project coordination, construction lifecycle knowledge, financial tracking, communication, and change management skills.
