Sell POOLCORP products to pool builders, service providers, and retailers across an assigned Miami territory. Prospect, cold-call, present product demos, negotiate and close sales, manage post-sale support, maintain CRM records, attend trade events, coordinate with regional leadership, and meet daily call and sales targets.

Manage day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations: hire/train staff, oversee inventory and cycle counts, control freight and AP discrepancies, coordinate with buyers/vendors, ensure safe warehouse procedures, support sales objectives, and optimize stock levels.

Serve walk-in and phone customers to build relationships, process sales orders and invoices, secure payment or credit, handle questions and warranty dispositions, estimate deliveries, and assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
