Manage warehouse and distribution operations including hiring and training staff, inventory control, cycle counts, freight and AP management, order routing and shipping, vendor coordination, and supporting sales objectives. Ensure safety and quality procedures, reduce stock outs and excess inventory, and handle vendor claims and corrective actions.

Assist walk-in and phone customers, process orders and payments, perform sales order data entry, handle warranty dispositions, estimate deliveries, and support receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties while providing strong customer service.

Sell POOLCORP products to pool builders, service providers, and retailers across an assigned Miami territory. Prospect, cold-call, present product demos, negotiate and close sales, manage post-sale support, maintain CRM records, attend trade events, coordinate with regional leadership, and meet daily call and sales targets.

Manage day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations: hire/train staff, oversee inventory and cycle counts, control freight and AP discrepancies, coordinate with buyers/vendors, ensure safe warehouse procedures, support sales objectives, and optimize stock levels.
