Leads Godiva’s North American eCommerce and digital commerce strategy across direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, marketplace, and omnichannel channels. Owns approximately $35 million in revenue, the eCommerce P&L, growth, profitability, promotional planning, digital merchandising, analytics, partnerships, and customer experience. Builds marketplace and corporate sales opportunities, manages strategic vendors, partners cross-functionally with marketing and sales, and leads and develops the eCommerce team.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles. Build candidate pipelines, screen and interview applicants, coordinate onboarding, track temporary employee conversions, maintain ATS records, ensure EEO and hiring compliance, manage staffing agency relationships, support workforce planning and retention, report recruitment metrics, and conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day new-hire check-ins.

Develop and manage demand forecasts, inventory plans, and promotional planning across Godiva’s eCommerce channels. Analyze sales trends, forecast variances, inventory health, product shelf life, and demand drivers. Collaborate with channel, marketing, merchandising, supply planning, and operations teams to support product availability, optimize inventory, launch products, and mitigate excess or obsolete stock. Create actionable reporting and contribute to continuous planning process improvements.

Support account managers across Asda by managing invoicing allocation, promotional planning and administration, price file and NPD maintenance, shipper plan and secondary space tracking, store audits, post-promotional analysis, and support customer/field sales meetings and base rate reviews.

Leads global FP&A, commercial finance, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis for Godiva and pladis brands. Oversees regional and consolidated reporting, financial modeling, working capital and cash flow analysis, NPD performance tracking, cost-center management, and recharge processes. Provides decision support, evaluates business cases, develops planning processes and analytical tools, supports consolidation-system implementation, and partners with senior global stakeholders to improve performance and standardization.

Owns category growth for the cake business by partnering with major grocery retailers. Develops customer-specific category plans, optimizes product range, distribution, space, promotions, location, and availability, and participates in range reviews. Analyzes market and shopper data to generate insights, communicate recommendations, influence decision-makers, and improve customer and company performance.

Own brand portfolio strategy, annual and long-term planning, revenue and profit delivery, consumer insight, innovation, renovation, and integrated marketing programs. Lead cross-functional teams, agencies, and commercial partners; manage budgets and performance reviews; influence senior stakeholders; and deliver brand growth, launches, in-store activation, and sales-driving initiatives across digital, social, out-of-home, and retail channels.

Provide hands-on support and ownership for LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, Aruba/HPE networking, AV/meeting room infrastructure, servers and virtual data center, and cloud (AWS/Azure). Act as L2/3 escalation, manage incidents/problems/changes via ServiceNow, ensure security/compliance, coordinate vendors and global IT teams, and support DR and lifecycle activities across MENAI countries.

Lead supply chain finance for North America, driving financial clarity and value across COGS and freight. Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, KPI delivery, audit controls, and financial oversight of major operational transformations (Project Atlas). Partner with supply chain and operations to optimize network efficiency, ensure data integrity with corporate SCOA/IFRS, and build a high-performing finance team.

Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Finance FP&A, planning and performance management. Own product costing, transfer pricing, capital investment governance and logistics finance. Manage a central team and three direct reports, ensure strong controls, continuous improvement, and provide senior business partnering and decision support across manufacturing, logistics and central supply chain functions.
