As a Data Engineer, you will design and implement scalable data architectures, oversee integration and governance while collaborating on Master Data Management frameworks, to optimize data performance and drive innovation across the organization.

Execute sales strategy in assigned points of sale (pharmacies), present and negotiate products, meet sell-in/sell-out targets, implement POS activities and planograms, build and maintain customer relationships, manage orders/stock and reporting, analyze market and competition, identify new business opportunities, coordinate with teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead end-to-end digital shelf and retail media activations for dermo-cosmetics across priority eRetail partners. Own content deployment, syndication, PDP optimization, Amazon storefronts, retail media execution, and performance analysis using tools like Syndigo and Helium. Collaborate with KAMs, media, marketing, and agencies to drive visibility, conversion, and sales.
