Drives commercial roofing revenue across the Charlotte territory by meeting sales and margin targets, expanding customer accounts, influencing product specifications, and building contractor, distributor, architect, and building-owner relationships. Develops growth plans, forecasts sales, negotiates bids, delivers product demonstrations and technical training, provides field assistance, maintains customer records, and collaborates with marketing, technical services, and product management.

Leads complex $1M–$20M capital projects across manufacturing operations from concept through commissioning. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, engineering design, procurement, contractors, suppliers, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Performs mechanical and/or electrical engineering, applies lean manufacturing principles, supports automation and packaging improvements, and trains maintenance and operations teams. Ensures projects meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and performance objectives while managing multiple projects across North America.

Provide technical leadership for continuous-process manufacturing to optimize output, quality, energy and material usage. Implement data collection, SPC, DOE and RCA, develop SOPs, define process set points, lead process improvements and capital projects, support troubleshooting, train staff, and support construction/startup activities.

Lead and deliver multiple large, complex capital projects ($40M-$150M) across all phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning. Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, contractors, safety, environmental compliance, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and mentoring project staff.

Provide graphical CAD support for roofing marketing: replicate English CAD flashing details, translate to Spanish using Copilot or Google Translate, export Spanish CAD files as PDFs and route to Spanish QC, and deliver final approved files to Marketing. May perform related duties as assigned.

Provides hands-on technical support in a continuous-process manufacturing facility. Analyzes process data, troubleshoots production issues, leads root-cause investigations, conducts process trials and DOE activities, and implements sustainable improvements to efficiency, reliability, quality, safety, energy use, and material utilization. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams; supports equipment installations, construction, startups, and continuous improvement projects while developing toward technical leadership.

Processes and reconciles multi-state payroll, wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, garnishments, levies, and related HR transactions. Maintains payroll data integrity and compliance, resolves processing issues, supports audits, manages inquiries, prepares reports, handles unemployment and unclaimed property activities, and backs up time and labor functions. The role also supports process improvements, documentation, training, and payroll operations for corporate and plant teams.

Coordinates plant HR services, payroll processing, timekeeping, onboarding, employee records, leave administration, benefits inquiries, communications, purchasing, invoice support, and office operations. Maintains HRIS data, personnel files, ISO training records, gate passes, and payroll accuracy while supporting plant leadership and corporate HR. Requires ADP experience, manufacturing-based HR/payroll/accounting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Lead and manage all maintenance and engineering functions for the Spartanburg plant, including capital projects, budgets, equipment reliability, PM/work order systems, contractor coordination, safety and environmental compliance, workforce development, and maintenance storeroom/inventory management to support production goals.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President of Roofing Systems and leadership team: manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, presentations, reporting, stakeholder communications, and special projects; develop dashboards and executive materials using Excel, Power BI and AI tools; maintain records, optimize processes, and support onboarding and office operations while handling confidential matters.
