The Senior IT Auditor evaluates IT systems and controls, identifies gaps, conducts audits, presents findings, and recommends improvements.

Manages commercial insurance program business from evaluation through ongoing monitoring, ensuring regulatory compliance, underwriting quality, profitability, and adherence to delegated authority. Builds relationships with Program Administrators, evaluates market opportunities, recommends underwriting guideline updates, serves as a referral underwriter, supports coverage development, oversees audits, and ensures accurate bordereau data. The role also develops corrective action plans and completes program underwriting projects.

Performs risk-based internal audits with growing independence, including risk analysis, control testing, evidence evaluation, work paper preparation, and audit reporting. Identifies control gaps and process improvements, supports remediation tracking, and communicates findings with management. The role also maintains audit methodology knowledge and may coach Staff Auditors on assigned tasks. The position follows a hybrid schedule with four office days and one remote day.

Supports investment accounting, insurance operations, financial reporting, statutory and GAAP/IFRS reporting, reconciliations, audits, regulatory examinations, lease accounting, internal controls, and finance process improvements. The role requires property and casualty insurance accounting experience, investment accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and financial systems. Collaboration spans Investments, Actuarial, Tax, Reinsurance, Treasury, and insurance operations teams.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims team: prepare jurisdictional benefit notices, process and route mail/faxes/documents, track litigation and hearing notices, assist with electronic filing and vendor coordination, maintain records and trackers, answer calls/emails, and support workflow efficiency for a multi-state caseload.

The Principal Data and AI Architect will lead the technical design of MSIG USA's enterprise data and AI architecture, oversee platform decisions, and ensure scalable and secure integration patterns. Responsibilities include defining architecture strategies, overseeing data governance, and collaborating with business leaders to align technical direction with organizational goals.

Support underwriters by collecting, reconciling, and analyzing submission data; set up accounts, produce quotes and binders, issue policies and endorsements, process reinsurance tasks, perform quality control, order and summarize inspection and risk reports, enter catastrophe modeling data, and respond to broker service requests to ensure accurate, timely underwriting operations.

Support process improvement, documentation, and performance analysis across billing, collections, underwriting support, and policy administration. Define workflows, business rules, and automation/Copilot use cases. Produce metrics, dashboards, and benefits tracking. Assist with testing, change readiness, SOPs, governance, and compliance in a regulated insurance environment.

Provide policy support for personal lines (auto, homeowners, fire, liability, boats); interpret English/Japanese for agents and insureds; handle quotes, policy changes, cancellations, and claims referrals; enter activities in Applied Agency system and follow up to resolve service issues.
