The Senior Director of Strategy leads and shapes the strategy function, driving client engagement, mentoring strategists, and ensuring strategic coherence across design deliverables.

Develop and execute brand systems across physical and digital touchpoints, lead conceptual and art-directed work, produce production-ready files and guidelines, integrate motion thinking, manage projects to delivery, present to clients, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Lead enterprise platform architecture and modernization, define standards and roadmaps, provide hands-on technical leadership for AWS Glue/PostgreSQL/Snowflake data platforms, mentor engineers, run incident reviews and RCAs, drive reliability, observability, CI/CD and security, and serve as primary EST-hours engineering contact for client stakeholders. Travel ~10–15%.

Lead new-logo acquisition and build a pipeline via outreach and network activation. Run discovery meetings, qualify opportunities, and develop tailored proposals. Build senior client relationships, contribute to go-to-market strategy, and orchestrate internal teams and SMEs to close complex, consultative engagements across sectors and service lines.
