Provide white-glove customer service for personal and business accounts via phone, email, and in person. Onboard new customers, resolve account and online/mobile banking issues, maintain regulatory awareness (BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC), and support teammates with training and projects while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Support sponsor finance deal team across the credit lifecycle: prescreen deals, underwrite and model borrower financials, prepare credit materials, manage loan documentation and closings, assist on portfolio reviews, amendments, renewals, and client communications, and ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC).

Lead Live Oak's enterprise Financial Crimes program as the designated BSA Officer. Set strategy, governance, and oversight for BSA/AML, OFAC/sanctions, fraud, customer due diligence, and related risks. Engage regulators, auditors, and the Board; develop leaders and teams; drive technology, analytics, monitoring, and remediation to ensure regulatory compliance and support responsible growth.

Review commercial loan files post-closing to identify missing or incorrect documentation and collateral records, assess risk and compliance issues, collaborate with internal teams and legal counsel to resolve discrepancies, and prepare files for audits while following regulatory requirements.
