Develop and deliver customer training for the Prinect Production software suite, configure and implement print-production workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct workflow audits, and recommend efficiency improvements. The role also creates training documentation, supports sales and project managers, collaborates with technical support teams, and provides expertise across prepress, pressroom, postpress, customer service, and CtP operations. Extensive customer-site travel of up to 50% is required.

Responsible for achieving territory sales quota and customer satisfaction by selling Lifecycle products, building account relationships, developing proposals/ROI analyses, providing technical support, and collaborating cross-functionally. Drive new business, maintain CRM activity, promote solutions at events, and support post-sale customer issues.

Deliver on-site color management consulting, implementation, training, and technical support for Heidelberg Prinect and sheetfed customers. Troubleshoot workflows, perform calibrations and audits, create training materials, support sales and project teams, and travel frequently to customer sites to improve color consistency and production efficiency.

Manage and grow a territory in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales of Heidelberg equipment and software. Build long-term customer relationships, develop strategic account plans, maintain CRM records and sales pipeline, meet sales targets, conduct customer visits, and represent the company at trade shows.

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams (including offshore), overseeing KPIs for timely vendor payments and customer collections. Own credit decisions, bad debt management, ERP data integrity, reconciliations, internal controls, expense portal compliance, and cross-functional reporting. Drive process improvements, enforce policies and procedures, provide leadership and hiring, and support escalations to reduce financial risk and ensure audit readiness.

Drive sales and provide technical consultative support for Heidelberg's Prinect workflow and digital products. Prospect and develop opportunities, perform product demonstrations, configure pricing and proposals, and coordinate post-sales implementation with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and recurring revenue.

Own and manage the Microsoft 365 tenant for a multinational enterprise: administer Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and M365 Apps; manage tenant configuration, updates, service health, licensing and Copilot enablement/compliance; act as escalation point and collaborate with regional IT, business stakeholders and Microsoft partners.
