Leads commercial and government contracting legal support for Solventum’s U.S. and Canada MedSurg business. Drafts and negotiates GPO, IDN, health system, distributor, DME, customer, service, and public-sector agreements; advises on pricing, rebates, compliance, healthcare fraud and abuse, antitrust, governance, and regulatory risks; supports contract playbooks, governance, training, and strategic negotiations.

Defines DSO portfolio, pricing, and growth strategies; generates segment insights; and partners with sales, marketing, education, and key accounts. The role is remote with up to 30% domestic travel and requires significant marketing, sales, or business development experience.

Leads the architecture, development, and evolution of enterprise BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products. Designs data, semantic, cloud, and distributed-system architectures; builds scalable data pipelines and embedded analytics; establishes engineering standards and governance; evaluates technologies and mentors development teams. The role requires extensive software engineering and architecture experience across AWS or Azure, analytics platforms, data modeling, ETL, security, reliability, and large-scale data processing.
