The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key dealer accounts, achieving sales targets, providing training, and delivering marketing support.

Lead and develop the Southeast sales team to drive regional revenue and margin growth. Own regional planning, key account and builder strategies, P&L, forecasting, and financial management. Build and maintain retail and builder relationships, monitor competitors, and coach high-performing distributed sales teams to meet targets and company objectives.

The Product Manager will drive profitable growth, manage product lines, oversee new product introductions, and engage with cross-functional teams to optimize products and ensure compliance with regulations.
