Supervises an Account to Report team responsible for general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation. Ensures GAAP and policy compliance, service-level delivery, KPI achievement, issue resolution, and process quality. Leads transitions and improvement initiatives, manages escalations, coaches team members, and partners with internal stakeholders. Advance Global ICS digital maturity by identifying manual processes, assessing automation opportunities, translating business requirements for Automation teams, and maintaining automation backlogs. Enhance Workiva automation and build integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan. Document current and target workflows, support testing and deployment validation, coordinate with IT and ICS stakeholders, maintain SAP reporting expertise, and assist with GRC, Workiva, reporting, and other ICS operations.

Processes biweekly payroll for hourly, salaried, PEO, and physician employees. Reviews timecards, approvals, tax setup, garnishments, direct deposits, PTO payouts, off-cycle payments, and payroll adjustments. Records and reconciles general ledger transactions, prepares journal entries, processes fixed assets, performs bank and balance sheet reconciliations, supports month-end close, analyzes financial statements, resolves accounting issues, reviews BlackLine journals, documents internal controls, and prepares consolidation reports in accordance with global policies and service-level agreements.

Manages employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance management, attendance and leave matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline. Advises employees, managers, and business leaders on employment laws and HR policies; collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services on complex cases. Maintains case documentation, meets service-level requirements, supports employee programs, and provides emergency response and crisis management assistance.

Develops and delivers training for revenue cycle employees, including presentations, simulations, communications, and job aids. Supports process standardization across revenue centers, evaluates training needs, maintains training strategies, performs quality assurance checks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The role requires healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, project management abilities, and travel of up to 25%.

Provides plant automation and process engineering support from initial design through production. Develops and troubleshoots PLC systems, creates acceptance criteria, conducts validation and testing, investigates manufacturing deviations, and manages automation and equipment projects. Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, maintenance, tooling, and planning teams to optimize production.
