Entry-level Applications Engineer in mining products undergoing a structured training program to provide global technical and sales support for pumps, cyclones, and valves. Responsibilities include equipment selection, troubleshooting, calculations, developing sales/marketing tools, supporting pricing/supply chain, and up to 30% travel. Role is onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Drive sales and lifecycle services for screens, trommels, centrifuges and wear consumables across the Eastern US. Generate leads, support installations, perform on-site inspections and wear reporting, deliver technical expertise, maintain CRM opportunities, collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams, and support proposals and customer seminars.

Lead supply chain workstream for engineered-to-order capital equipment projects. Manage procurement, supplier onboarding and performance, logistics, risk mitigation, and supply chain milestones. Maintain project-aligned plans, track costs and KPIs, support supplier negotiations and certifications, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for castings, forgings, fabricated components, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors. Drive cost savings through spend analysis, should-cost modeling, supplier consolidation, and negotiations. Source and qualify global suppliers, manage supplier relationships and KPIs, support NPI, lead value-engineering workshops, and mitigate supply chain risks related to commodities, geopolitics, and logistics. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, operations, and product management.
