Entry-level Applications Engineer in a structured mining equipment development program. Provides global technical and sales support through equipment sizing, troubleshooting, wear-life analysis, condition monitoring, system calculations, technical presentations, and marketing materials. Supports pricing, supply chain, inventory, sales, product development, and product launches. Requires full-time onsite work in Tucson and up to 30% global travel.

Leads the design, development, validation, commercialization, and lifecycle management of mining valve and flow-control products. Responsibilities include valve and actuator design, engineering calculations, FEA and CFD, CAD documentation, design verification, standards compliance, product improvements, engineering change management, root cause analysis, and reliability initiatives. The role provides technical leadership across product management, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, service, customers, and suppliers while driving cost optimization, standardization, and next-generation valve technology development.

Process accurate, timely US and Canada payrolls; collaborate with internal teams and external providers; maintain payroll records; support audits, reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis; answer employee payroll questions; monitor legislative changes; ensure compliance; meet KPIs and SLAs; and contribute to process improvements.

Designs new products and improves existing designs for wear, efficiency, and maintainability. Coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, engineering, and sales to deliver accurate product designs and technical support. Leads the global Thickener portfolio across capital equipment and upgrades and rebuilds. Owns P&L, commercial strategy, pricing, product roadmap, market positioning, growth, and profitability. Partners with sales, engineering, supply chain, operations, services, finance, and regional teams in a matrixed organization. Develops lifecycle offerings, drives installed-base opportunities, supports strategic customer engagements, and leads a global team of product and technical professionals.

Manage global supplier relationships and scheduling, update ERP, develop strategic price lists and frame agreements, evaluate supplier performance, oversee material testing and tooling decisions, collaborate with sales, product development, GPLM and regional teams to optimize sourcing, inventory, lead times, and service-center sourcing plans.

Manage production planning, scheduling, and MRP in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Maintain planning parameters, BOMs, routings, and inventory accuracy. Develop production schedules, coordinate procurement, analyze ERP reports, and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time customer commitments.

The Mechanical Product Engineer designs and develops mechanical solutions for flotation equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards while managing multiple projects.

Provide legal, operational, and administrative support to the Associate General Counsel across NAMER. Responsibilities include contract drafting and management, matter and legal operations administration, corporate governance and entity housekeeping, e-discovery and document review support, legal research and due diligence, and IP administration. Maintain repositories, coordinate filings and audits, support outside counsel budgeting, and ensure accurate legal records and evidence handling.

Lead engineering and project work for separation products (thickener drives, lifts, flotation), produce fabrication and assembly drawings, manage spare-part lists, resolve NCRs, coordinate global resources, support fabrication/installation, and deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
