Provides strategic consulting and analytical support to healthcare stakeholders. Responsibilities include market intelligence, data collection and synthesis, utilization and competitive analysis, reporting, business planning, performance tracking, strategic initiative support, and maintaining analytic applications. Collaborates with clinicians, finance, IT, marketing, and other teams to address business questions and inform executive and board-level decisions.

Receives, stores, records, stages, issues, and delivers materials and equipment to hospital departments. Maintains purchase order and receiving documentation, performs cleaning to regulatory standards, and handles uncrating and minor product assembly. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and regularly operating material-handling equipment. It is an evening-shift position with rotating weekends and holidays.

Oversees daily operations, planning, process improvement, task completion, complex problem resolution, staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management. Supports departmental goals, policy updates, and quality standards while providing supply chain guidance to employees, vendors, patients, medical staff, and the public.

Lead design and execution of physician and APP recruitment strategies across the health system. Manage provider recruitment team, partner with clinical and operational leaders, use data and analytics to improve time-to-fill and retention, represent the organization at events, negotiate with vendors, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in provider hiring and onboarding.

Provide therapeutic and diagnostic services to patients, collaborate with primary care teams, and manage mental health treatment plans in a clinic setting.

Lead development and maintenance of healthcare cost accounting and decision support systems. Perform complex financial and longitudinal patient analyses, build analytical methodologies and reports, advise clinical and operational leaders, mentor team members, and manage projects to identify cost and utilization opportunities.
