As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead air quality solutions, ensuring compliance and helping clients navigate environmental regulations while contributing to sustainability initiatives.

The Managing Consultant will lead ERM's air quality strategy, manage complex regulatory challenges, and expand client relationships in Texas, influencing strategic growth and environmental outcomes.

Lead and manage hydrogeologic site investigations and remediation projects, plan and oversee field data collection and aquifer testing, synthesize data into conceptual site models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, produce technical reports and visualizations, ensure safety and regulatory communication, and deliver projects on schedule and budget.

Lead complex energy-sector capital projects from concept through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, multidisciplinary teams, permitting, and environmental impact assessments. Advise clients on regulatory requirements, develop proposals, support business growth, maintain client relationships, mentor staff, and coordinate projects involving oil and gas, LNG, renewables, low-carbon infrastructure, energy storage, and transmission.

Lead North America tax strategy and compliance, overseeing corporate and indirect tax, ASC 740 accounting, ERP and legal-entity transformations, tax audits, and tax technology adoption. Advise stakeholders on cross-border and commercial tax issues, manage external advisors, mentor indirect tax staff, and drive process improvement and governance.

Support environmental inspections and stormwater compliance, assist with civil and environmental design deliverables (site plans, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management), prepare technical reports and permits, perform field and office work across energy and infrastructure projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet regulatory and client objectives.

Lead technical and business development for natural resources practice, providing senior oversight of biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, permitting, client relationship growth, mentoring teams, and delivering multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure programs.

Support environmental compliance projects by preparing permits, plans, and reports (hazardous waste, air, stormwater, NPDES, wastewater, EPCRA/TRI), performing assessments, analyzing data, and assisting project managers to deliver client solutions and on-site support.

Provide technical due diligence and advisory for infrastructure M&A and project finance, lead proposals and project delivery, coordinate SMEs and client engagements, and improve internal tools and best practices to inform investment decisions.

Lead and grow ERM's Site Investigation and Remediation Services in St. Louis and the Atlantic Central Region. Build executive client relationships, win high-value remediation projects, guide technical strategy and regulatory compliance, manage project delivery and finances, and collaborate across ERM's global network to expand market presence and advance sustainability.
