Processes and posts student payments, reconciles cash drawers, maintains accounts receivable records, resolves discrepancies, monitors past-due accounts, and handles returned checks and payment plans. Provides customer service to students in person, by phone, and email while accurately managing cash and financial transactions. Manages degree audit systems, academic requirements, graduation audits, reporting, and completion initiatives. Programs degree and certificate plans in Workday and Colleague, develops automated processes and dashboards using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Python, and Power Query, and ensures compliance with state and college guidelines. Provides training, troubleshoots systems, supports reverse transfer and commencement processes, collaborates across departments, and leads the Degree Audit team when needed.

Leads workforce development, apprenticeship, grant-funded, and corporate training projects. Manages cross-functional teams, stakeholder relationships, budgets, reporting, data tracking, project milestones, funding research, and process improvements while coordinating local, state, and federal initiatives.

Leads Dallas College’s grant-funded Transfer ASAP initiative to improve student persistence, degree completion, and four-year transfer outcomes. Oversees high-touch advising, career and academic support, staff supervision, university partnerships, grant compliance, budget management, assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement. Builds cross-functional relationships, manages student financial supports, recruits eligible students, and ensures effective program implementation and sustainability.
