Leads curriculum development, instructional design, adult-learning strategies, training evaluation, and learning materials for a case management training center. Collaborates with student success leadership to identify instructional needs, develops engaging courses and modules, manages participant recruitment and tracking, analyzes feedback and training data, and applies emerging technologies to improve learning experiences. The role also requires presenting to diverse audiences, occasional travel across campuses, and extended hours during peak registration periods.

Provides library public services including information literacy instruction, reference assistance, research support, collection and resource management, database guidance, and student or faculty orientations. Supports patrons in locating and accessing information, maintains reference and circulation areas, develops research guides, trains work-study students, assists faculty with course integration, and participates in library programs, public relations, reporting, and professional development.

Retrieve, clean, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to support institutional research, planning, assessment, and decision-making. Coordinate data-gathering, conduct studies on enrollment and program effectiveness, produce reports and visualizations, manage research projects, and advise college leadership. Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and deliver customer-focused service across stakeholders.
