Creates curricula, instructor-led courses, videos, documentation, guides, and assessments; provides classroom and one-on-one coaching; coordinates training projects and rollouts; manages LMS registrations and completion records; diagnoses technology performance issues; supports QA and documentation; and partners with Technology, HR, and Administration to improve adoption and user effectiveness.
