Lead enterprise IT process analysis and operational improvements; develop dashboards, reports, and metrics; manage medium-to-large projects; support procurement, asset and expense control, and budgeting; drive cross-functional change, coach staff, and sustain performance improvements while upholding the organization's faith and child protection standards.

Plan, monitor, and manage marketing projects (print, landing pages, email, digital) from initiation through close. Manage and grow a portfolio of artist influencer and music-industry partnerships. Develop prospecting and activation strategies, negotiate contracts, drive revenue/sponsorship goals, coach other relationship managers, represent Compassion at events and vision trips, and maintain high-touch relationship management aligned with the organization’s Christian mission. Role requires Nashville residency and significant travel.

Manage complex grant compliance and contract activities for USG and multilateral-funded projects, including review/negotiation of awards and subawards, subrecipient vetting and monitoring, procurement oversight, donor regulation guidance, capacity building, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and Program teams.

Lead strategy, prospecting, negotiation, and management of high-value influencer and digital partnerships to drive revenue, sponsorships, and long-term engagement. Coach other relationship managers, represent the organization publicly, and coordinate vision trips and events to deepen partner involvement.
