Provide HR-focused analytics and reporting to drive hiring, engagement, and retention decisions. Design and maintain HR scorecards, perform ad-hoc and predictive analyses, pull and validate data from Workday and SQL sources, support targeted recruitment campaigns, and translate business needs into reliable data products and presentations.

Provide strategic legal counsel on physician arrangements, draft and negotiate complex healthcare agreements, advise on Stark and Anti-Kickback issues, support physician alignment, coordinate outside counsel, mentor junior attorneys, and partner with executive and operational teams to advance enterprise initiatives.
