Lead North America business development for Advanced Performance Materials, build account plans and stakeholder relationships, secure new customers in target markets (semiconductor, medical, hydrogen, EV), manage opportunity pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional product qualification and market insights to drive revenue growth.

Lead end-to-end procurement for capital projects from FEL-1 through closeout, develop and execute sourcing and contracting strategies, manage bidding and negotiations, oversee supplier performance and logistics, reduce lifecycle costs and commercial risk, maintain procurement reporting and project controls, and serve as procurement liaison for Parkersburg, WV.

Prepare and revise electrical design deliverables (single-line diagrams, schematics, panel schedules, lighting, cable tray layouts, grounding) to support FEL for industrial chemical plant projects. Collaborate with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary teams, review contractor drawings, participate in design reviews, maintain documentation, and perform occasional site visits.

Perform financial, compliance, and operational audits supporting Sarbanes-Oxley and external auditors. Plan and execute audit engagements, test internal controls, document findings, and develop recommendations. Collaborate with CAS team members, build relationships with management, and participate in special projects and readiness assessments. Travel approximately 10–20% as needed.

Provide electrical and instrumentation process engineering support for plant reliability, safety, and performance. Oversee power distribution compliance, lead RCFAs, support PSM activities, troubleshoot with maintenance, develop specifications, support commissioning and capital projects, and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
