Provide technical leadership for electrical and instrumentation reliability in a chemical manufacturing site. Troubleshoot and maintain low/medium/high voltage distribution, MCCs, switchgear, relays, and instrumentation; ensure code and PSM compliance; lead RCA/FMEA and reliability initiatives; develop preventive/predictive maintenance strategies; support capital projects, spare parts optimization, and cross-functional training to improve equipment availability and safety.

Develop sourcing strategies, run RFx processes, manage supplier performance, drive cost savings and TCO analysis, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to support projects and resolve supplier issues.

Serve as a strategic partner for Legal, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs systems by administering and optimizing ELM/CLM platforms, developing integrations and dashboards, improving legal operations processes, troubleshooting system issues, and leading change management, training, and reporting to deliver actionable insights and increased efficiency.

Support process and production engineering for a high-hazard chemical plant: monitor and troubleshoot units, lead PSM activities (PHA, PSSR), drive MOC and continuous improvement, support capital projects, perform testing, revise procedures, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide mechanical and reliability engineering support for chemical manufacturing: troubleshoot equipment, lead RCFA, develop maintenance plans (PPM/predictive), optimize preventative maintenance, analyze equipment data, implement reliability improvements, and train operations and maintenance teams to sustain production performance and safety.

Provide technical oversight and troubleshooting for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems; implement DCS/PLC changes; lead control-based continuous improvement; support PSM activities and capital projects; serve as alarm and interlock guardian; produce procedures/MOCs and train operations and maintenance personnel.

Lead enterprise reliability strategy and standards across multiple manufacturing sites. Standardize RCM/PM/PdM practices, eliminate systemic failures via RCA, optimize maintenance (planning, MRO, scheduling), deploy predictive maintenance and analytics (MTBF/MTTR), partner with IT/OT for data integration, and build capability by training and mentoring site reliability teams.

Provide electrical and instrumentation engineering support for I&E maintenance and reliability (up to 480V) at a TiO2 production site. Troubleshoot equipment failures, lead root-cause analyses and kaizen events, support MOC and capital projects, develop preventive maintenance and reliability programs, prepare scopes/specs, evaluate vendor proposals, and provide shift/weekend coverage as needed.
