Support three Newark-area Chemours sites as the site electrical SME: design and modify electrical distribution and substations, perform arc flash and safety analyses, lead electrical PHA/PSR and incident investigations, manage code and NRTL compliance, coordinate maintenance shutdowns, and support capital projects and facility operations to improve electrical reliability and capacity.

Provide instrumentation and electrical engineering support for manufacturing: troubleshoot I&E issues up to 480V, lead root-cause analyses and reliability programs, support MOC and capital projects, audit scopes/specs, review PM plans, evaluate vendors, and train/coach technicians and operators.
