Provides executive administrative support and office management for one or more chief officers. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, correspondence, expense reports, records and database maintenance, meeting preparation and minutes, invoice and budget support, confidential information handling, and communication coordination across departments.

Drives enrollment and referral growth for the Hope PACE program through bilingual English-Spanish outreach, partner relationship management, community engagement, presentations, marketing activities, and sales pipeline management. Develops referral sources, educates healthcare and community organizations on PACE benefits and eligibility, tracks referrals and conversion metrics in a CRM, collaborates with clinical leadership, and ensures outreach complies with CMS and state regulations. Frequent travel is required throughout Charlotte, Collier, and Lee Counties, Florida.
