Provide high-level administrative support to Supply Chain senior executives in Chicago: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and confidential correspondence; coordinate leadership and department meetings; support strategic cadences, PMOs, onboarding, reporting, and virtual file systems; partner cross-functionally to drive execution and streamline workflows.

Support and administer enterprise talent planning processes (talent reviews, succession, 9-box, calibration). Maintain and validate talent data in Workday, produce dashboards and reports, monitor completion, support testing and troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement and governance across talent planning activities.

Drive local on‑premise execution to achieve annual business plan targets: build distributor and account relationships, develop and execute localized sales and promotional plans, increase distribution and availability, support product rollouts, report market insights, and manage local sales budgets and programs.

Lead consumer-insights for innovation: design and run qualitative and quantitative research, identify unmet needs and trends, synthesize diverse data into story-driven recommendations, partner with Innovation/Brand/R&D, manage vendors and projects, and influence prioritization and go-to-market decisions.
