Lead organizational change and strategic communications for IT transformation programs. Develop and execute change and communication plans, assess impacts and readiness, facilitate training and stakeholder engagement, monitor adoption and outcomes, advise leadership, build change capability and toolkits, and support a network of change champions to drive successful adoption.

Develop and execute validation plans for marine products: prepare tests, assemble samples, run experiments, collect/analyze data, write reports, resolve root-cause issues, support lab operations and safety, and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to integrate new lab capabilities.

As the Manager of Test & Development, you will lead engineers in lubrication system development for marine engines, plan tests, mentor engineers, and utilize data analysis software.

Lead engine and vessel calibration development for engine families, create and execute test plans, develop software strategies (emissions, OBD, shifting, transients), perform 1D simulation/co-simulation, improve calibration/validation processes, provide technical guidance and root-cause analysis, and support cross-functional teams and production/field issue resolution.

Lead regional sales growth by managing Business Development Managers, driving dealer acquisition/retention, executing revenue and margin goals, maintaining strong field presence across Florida and the Carolinas, resolving dealer/OEM issues, supporting product launches, recruiting and coaching field sales talent, and representing Mercury at events.
