Marketing Coordinator Intern supporting brand campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, social media content, SEO, PIM initiatives, competitive analysis, asset audits, and marketing logistics. The role includes managing digital platforms, researching best practices, gathering content from internal teams, analyzing competitors and industry trends, preparing benchmarks, and providing presentation, collateral, and administrative support. This is a full-time onsite internship from May through August 2027.

Supports noise, vibration, harshness, and structural testing for marine propulsion products. Responsibilities include configuring instrumentation, collecting and analyzing acoustic and vibration data, troubleshooting test issues, applying signal processing, documenting procedures and results, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with engineers and technicians during laboratory, dynamometer, and on-water testing.

Develop reinforcement learning capabilities for autonomous marine vessels by building simulation environments, training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, reward functions, and experimentation workflows. Research RL algorithms, robotics frameworks, and simulation tools; conduct literature reviews and benchmarking; and contribute reusable development frameworks and best practices. The intern will collaborate with engineers on real-world marine autonomy projects while working 40 hours weekly from Spring through Fall 2027.

Develop and test Ignition-based applications in manufacturing environments, define requirements with developers and stakeholders, troubleshoot software issues, and improve development and testing processes. The intern may build new Ignition applications, create test scripts, and test existing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Industrial Engineering Intern supporting continuous improvement, advanced manufacturing, and production operations. Responsibilities include data collection, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, time studies, line balancing, takt time analysis, workflow optimization, work instruction development, production support, pilot builds, and tooling or fixturing design. The intern will also assist with automation and smart manufacturing technology trials and pursue Continuous Improvement Yellow Belt certification.

Leads manufacturing quality activities for engine machining processes, supervises Quality Technicians, performs root cause analysis, drives defect reduction and rework, analyzes quality data, coordinates inspections and audits, maintains ISO procedures, and communicates quality issues with production and plant teams. The role improves process capability, reduces variation and waste, and supports corrective actions, product holds, and new product launches.

The Financial Leadership Development Program Associate rotates through corporate and operational finance assignments, including FP&A, accounting, manufacturing finance, treasury, audit, and reporting. Responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, dashboard development, business partnering, executive presentations, and process-improvement projects. Participants receive mentorship, leadership development, relocation support, and exposure to senior leaders while preparing for future finance leadership roles.

Supports Global Supply Chain teams by identifying data-driven improvement opportunities and developing dashboards, reports, data models, automation, and analytics solutions. The intern will cleanse, validate, visualize, and analyze data using Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL; evaluate AI and machine learning outputs; map processes; research responsible AI practices; and present recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
