Lead the Employee Benefits business segment to achieve revenue, profitability, retention, and client satisfaction. Develop strategy, manage P&L and budgets, recruit/coach senior teams, maintain insurer relationships, improve service delivery, drive growth and operational efficiency, and represent the firm in industry and community fora.

Processes customer and loan information for policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations. Makes outbound calls to prospective customers, transfers leads to agents, maintains quality standards, suggests process improvements, and collaborates with agents, lenders, and settlement providers. Organizes workload, follows established procedures, communicates effectively, solves problems, and completes detailed tasks independently while adapting to changing priorities.

Leads client service teams for large commercial risk accounts, coordinates carrier relationships and service delivery, develops placement and renewal strategies, performs account marketing, analyzes complex insurance exposures, prepares risk maps, recommends coverage solutions, supports process improvements, mentors colleagues, and manages special projects. Requires strong insurance market and underwriting knowledge, client service skills, presentation ability, applicable state licenses, and at least five years of account management experience.

Provides day-to-day client service for private risk management accounts, answering coverage questions, supporting new business issuance, remarketing accounts, reviewing inspection reports, and addressing risk and claims-related matters. The role requires insurance licensing, personal insurance experience, knowledge of carrier guidelines and systems, strong communication, accuracy, multitasking, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Leads commercial insurance growth through prospecting, client acquisition, consultative risk advisory, proposal and renewal strategy, carrier engagement, and relationship management. Advises business owners, executives, and risk managers on tailored insurance solutions, builds a qualified pipeline, achieves production targets, and collaborates with placement and service teams to deliver strong client outcomes and retention.

Sells new commercial insurance accounts and renews existing business for middle-market clients. Builds relationships with clients, prospects, insurers, service teams, and referral contacts; develops prospects through networking and community engagement; presents coverage proposals; finalizes sales; gathers documentation; and briefs service teams. Maintains insurance industry and underwriting knowledge, meets monthly new-business goals, ensures accuracy and compliance, and identifies process improvements.

Manages employee benefits client relationships, renewals, onboarding, compliance, service calendars, and day-to-day inquiries. Analyzes benefit plans, claims, contributions, funding options, and plan design alternatives; presents recommendations to decision-makers and employees. Coordinates with carriers, vendors, advisors, specialists, and internal teams to resolve issues, negotiate proposals, deliver documentation, and maintain service quality. Requires employee benefits expertise, account management experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and a current Life and Health license.

Independently manages commercial insurance policy renewal workflows, exposure data, compliance documentation, certificates, and implementations for assigned clients. Coordinates with client relationship managers, carriers, vendors, shared service teams, and clients to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, prepare renewal communications, and ensure timely delivery. Supports client retention and growth through high-quality service, participates in client meetings, and recommends process improvements.
